I have finally decided to put down in writing my thoughts about Noyland Rhodes. I have been delighted with the service I have received from your sales, after sales, service department.
Over the past 18 months I have recommended you to several of my friends and colleagues. Dear Noyland Rhodes

In my business, my car is an essential tool. I need to be able to respond to my clients requirements and that may include visiting site at a moments notice.
My car recently required its first MOT and due to a series of important work commitments, I had left the booking of the MOT to the very last minute. I needed a local company who could provide excellent customer service, so I called Noyland Rhodes after hearing a number of excellent reports from other clients. Despite the last minute nature of the call, they managed to book my car in straight away and even provided me with a courtesy car.
Noyland Rhodes worked under short timescales and through various problems due to a combination of wear and tear and some questionable work of another garage to complete the work within two working days, and at an excellent price. Above all, their customer service meant that at all opportunities they tried to keep my business running and to keep me informed of what was happening.
To anyone looking to find a garage they can rely on, I would recommend Noyland Rhodes as the first place to call.

Dear Chris

There are people who know about cars and people who need advice about cars. You are in the first category and I am in the second.
When I wanted to sell our two cars and replace them with something else you were there to advise. You ascertained our needs, recommended models and then went in search of a car which met our requirements and did not give up until you found the perfect car for us. This car was ready for our deadline date and we were able to drive it to our holiday in southern France assured of its reliability and suitability.
We had a great holiday and the car (a VW Passat for those who are interested) only served to add to a relaxing and pleasant time. The car cruised along the roads and managed alpine mountain roads with ease.

I think it is time for you to discover what happens at your garage when you are not there. As far as I can tell, that appears to be most of the time!
In your absence, your team, from the friendly Receptionist, Amy, to your invaluable Foreman, Phil, provide a welcoming, highly efficient and utterly cost effective service.
The first experience that I had of your firms Skills was when I was faced with an analysis of problems with my car from a well known Audi supplier with an estimate totalling over 3500 pounds.
Phil explained to me in detail what needed to be done and what was fanciful. He did all that was necessary at a cost of approximately 500 pounds. That was service and integrity of the highest order.
Since then, I have called in on a couple of occasions at random with small but pressing problems.
On both occasions I have been warmly received, the problems have been put right immediately and all my feeble efforts and protestations about paying have been brushed aside. The most recent job was when I had the beginnings of a puncture which your team instantly put right at no little trouble to themselves.
When next you visit your premises (however far away in the future that may be) I would like you to express my grateful thanks to your team. I suggest that you educate them a little further. They have nothing to learn about client care but a small seminar on economics might help you to pay for next years BNI subscription and a new tie.

I have been fighting a losing battle with my rear parking sensors for some time now and they finally gave up the ghost, so I asked you to get someone to call me to get it booked in.

The staff at Noyland Rhodes have at all times been courteous and provided exceptional service. This was highlighted, once again, last Friday afternoon when on leaving the office at 5:20pm I got to my car only to find it had a flat tyre. The three options of sorting it out myself, calling Honda breakdown or calling you flashed through my mind for a nanosecond, so I called Noyland & Rhodes hoping that they were still open.
I explained the situation and within 10 minutes Phil arrived to help me take the wheel off. As this car does not have a spare he injected the foam required to seal the tyre then inflated it to the correct pressure (all done in 40 mins). He waited while I went on a test drive to ensure the foam had sealed the tyre ok. The next morning Phil called me to ensure the tyre was still inflated and due to the fact the tyre had two punctures, sorted out a replacement tyre at a very competitive price.
The staff at Noyland Rhodes certainly go the extra mile and provide an excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending your company for any motoring requirement.
